Faults such as short circuit, adhesion and circuit break of low-voltage components or devices, or faults of safety circuit and brake control circuit make the motor reverse or drive insufficient, leading to the upstream escalator reverse, especially in the case of heavy load upstream. It has the functions of protection, control and stopping to reverse the escalator.

 

1.2 Risk Sources for Machinery

      The driving chain between the driving device and the cascade sprocket is broken to cause reversal; the chain of the driving cascade is broken to cause reversal, and the escalator is seriously overloaded, resulting in insufficient motor torque and causing reversal. The belt used for driving between the driving device and the cascade sprocket slips and causes reversal, escalator and automation. The sudden failure of the pavement in operation results in a sudden stop, while the working brake can not provide enough braking moment and cause reversal.
